The Town of Brunswick, Maine, is an attractive coastal community located twenty-five miles north of Portland in Cumberland County. It is a diverse, subregional trade and service center serving the southern midcoast area of Maine. The Town hosts Bowdoin College, a small yet prestigious liberal arts college for some 1,600 students, and the nearby Brunswick Naval Air Station, a self contained air operation involving upwards of 3,700 military and civilian employees. City of Bath, Maine
The City of Bath, Maine, is located just north of Brunswick up U.S. Route 1 on the Kennebec River. With a population of approximately 10,000, it is the county seat of Sagadahoc County, providing real home town charm with its picturesque downtown, victorian architecture, and cultural amenities. It is the home of the Maine Maritime Museum, the Chocolate Church Arts Center, and Bath Iron Works which produces ships for the U.S. Navy and it Maine’s largest private sector employer. The Town of Freeport, Maine, is located just south of Brunswick in Cumberland County, down either Interstate-95 or U.S. Route1. It is known internationally for outlet shopping, anchored by LL Bean’s flagship store. Freeport also possesses a combination of rural, residential, ocean-front and recreational areas. The town is rich in beauty, history, and a population of 1,813 that is strongly committed to its community.

The Town of Topsham, Maine, is located just across the Androscoggin River from downtown Brunswick with direct access to Interstate 95. While for most of its history a bedroom community for Brunswick, it has recently evolved into the transportation hub for the area and is currently experiancing substantial retail development in the Topsham Fair Mall area off I-95 Exit 24.

The Brunswick-Bath-Freeport regional market has a primary year-round draw of some 95,000 persons, strongly supplemented during the summer months by seasonal residents and travelers. The Brunswick Area economy has been generally marked during the past decade for its stability and steady modest growth.
